Bookings and Confirmation
Delegates will receive an email to confirm their booking together with joining instructions shortly after their place has been reserved. Please contact Evelina on evelina@beyourlight.co.uk if you do not receive joining instructions, or if you require additional information.

Cleared payment must be received before the beginning of the course, or before the start date of each module, if paying by instalments. If you are having difficulties meeting these deadlines please contact us in advance. Flexible payment plans are also available.
Certificates will not be issued until the full invoice amount has been settled as agreed.
Delegate places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Making a reservation does not guarantee a place until payment has been made.
Course fees include all training materials, stationery and a certification fee. Lunch, travel and accommodation can be included in some packages for an additional cost. Your confirmation email and invoice will clearly detail what is included in your service. Please contact us if any additional requirements arise at the later date.

Cancellations by you
If circumstances arise which require cancellation, please notify us in writing or by email to evelina@beyourlight.co.uk. If you telephone to cancel you will be asked to confirm it in writing.

Cancellations received with less than 28 days notice will incur below costs:

Cancellation received with 14-28 days notice: defaults 50% of the course fee
Cancellation received with 6-13 days notice: defaults 75% of the course fee
Cancellation received with 0 - 5 days notice: defaults 100% of the course fee

Substitutions of the registered delegate are permitted without a charge, provided you notify us of the name change prior to the commencement date of the course. One transfer is permitted per booking.
Cancellation by us
In the unlikely event that a course is cancelled by us, we will refund your fee in full but will not be responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including transportation, lodging, and meal costs, if it was booked by you separately.

Our courses will not be cancelled in the event of adverse weather conditions, public transport strikes or other unexpected external events. If circumstances are too extreme that it becomes impossible or unsafe to operate event, your safety will be our main concern, and we will inform you of any

If there are insufficient delegate bookings, we reserve the right to cancel the event with at least 14 days notice. Delegates are therefore advised not to book travel arrangements more than 14 days in advance, as we cannot provide refunds for any course related costs that are booked by you.

Changes to the programme
We reserve the right to change the programme, the speaker, the trainer or the location for an event, or to reschedule an event. Delegates will be advised of these changes as soon as possible.

When notified of changes delegates may either withdraw, with no liability for fees, or transfer to another course of equal value.

Attendance
Please note that in order to gain certification, delegates must attend the full course. However, we do recognise that exceptional circumstances may occur, in which case please contact us with as much notice as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate attendance on an alternative date. Alternatively, private coaching and training is available for an additional fee to cover missed modules. If you know of potential absences when booking your place, please let us know in advance so that an alternative arrangements can be made.
The Purpose of the Training
Our courses and training are for the purpose of self-development and are educational in nature. It is not a substitute for psychotherapy or counselling.

If you have any diagnosed psychological conditions or are taking medication for such problems, please contact us to discuss whether our training is right for you.

We reserve the right to refuse a course place if we feel the service is not suitable or appropriate for you. We will endeavour to direct you to appropriate alternative services and recommendations.

Some of pour courses and training can be therapeutic in nature, and provides the oportunity for experiencing deep insights, shifts and breakthroughs that may result in triggered emotions. For the sake of your own safety as well as other participants, we ask you to be aware of your own emotional state and speak to the trainer or support staff should a significant emotional issue arise. It would not be appropriate for you to attend the training if you are going through a period of very significant emotional trauma. Certain techniques and exercises might require you to role-play a ‘client’ and receive coaching from fellow students, which may result in surfacing of unresolved past issues. However, your fellow delegates generally are not therapeutically qualified, therefore it is necessary to enter the training as a learning environment and maintain full responsibility and ownership of any emotional, mental, or psychological states.

Course trainers, providers, or other delegates cannot be held liable for any physical or psychological side effects or by-products of the course.
Course trainers or providers cannot be responsible or made liable for misuse or inappropriate application of any information, literature, tools and techniques that are provided as part of our training.
We reserve the right to ask you to leave the training if we feel the participation might have a detrimental effect on your wellbeing. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like to discuss any personal circumstances before the course to establish if the course is appropriate for you.
Standard of Behaviour
The wellbeing of our partners, event organisers and course delegates is essential part of our training. The trainer reserves the right to remove any delegate from its training programme should their behaviour be deemed inappropriate or if concerns are raised by other delegates. Offensive or abusive behaviour, or anything that would prevent other delegates from learning and equal participation will not be tolerated. Exclusion from the course would result in no refund being given for course fees or any other associated costs.
Assessment and Certification
While full course attendance is essential to gaining our certification, we will also require completion of a relevant assessment in order to gain accreditation for our accredited courses. An assessment will require you to demonstrate an ability to utilise tools and processes learned on the course. In addition to an assessment exercises in the final module, there is also continuous assessment of behavioural competence throughout the course, and the trainers will support you throughout the course to build your skills to the high standard required for accreditation. If you are not confident in requirements, please inform trainers as soon as possible to ensure any lack of understanding can be identified and remedied early.
Appeals
In the unlikely scenario of you not being able to meet the criteria for an assessment and accreditation is deferred, you have a right to appeal against this decision. Please do this in writing or by email to evelina@beyourlight.co.uk. You will receive a response within 10 working days. Trainers will provide you with verbal feedback, as well as with a written learning plan for your development detailing skills and capabilities. We will endeavour to ensure that any specific additional support will be provided to your needs. However, the certification and accreditation will only be provided once the criteria requirements outlined in your development plan have been achieved and competence successfully demonstrated. The refund for the course attendance will not be provided if certification cannot be gained.
Complaints and Money Back guarantee
We are confident in the quality of our services, therefore all of our courses and services are covered by money back guarantee, provided that you have completed all modules, exercises, and course worksheets and have not gained any benefit as a result of this. In this unlikely scenario you will have to request your refund within specific timelines identified for each service, and you will be required to complete the form to provide us with detailed feedback for your dissatisfaction.
